Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MC20 ("the Service"), operated by NeedAWebNow, a sole proprietorship based in Saint Cloud, Florida, USA ("NeedAWebNow," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

MC20 is a multi-tenant business operations platform. It provides CRM, invoicing, time tracking, inbox automation, analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and related capabilities. Specific features available to your account depend on your subscription tier.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding contracts to use MC20. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@needawebnow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service to send spam, harass, defraud, or violate another party's rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the Service.
• Resell or sub-license the Service without a written agreement with us.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure, or breach our security controls.
• Use the Service to violate Google API Services User Data Policy, the Stripe Services Agreement, or any other third-party Terms applicable to integrations you connect.

4. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due. If a charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account after reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time from /settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not generally provide refunds for partial periods, but will consider good-faith requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to MC20 ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of Customer Data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated output

MC20 includes AI features (chat assistant, drafted replies, image generation, etc.) provided in part via third-party AI providers. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for some uses; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions or sending it to customers.

7. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Stripe, Shopify, Meta Ads, Listmonk, etc.) at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy changes.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, remove, or modify features. Material changes that reduce functionality on a paid plan will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to harm the Service, or remain unpaid for more than 30 days. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per the timeline in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEEDAWEBNOW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeedAWebNow from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your use of third-party integrations through the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
